VALE PETER RYAN

The Club was saddened to hear of the passing of Peter Ryan, who played 10 seasons at Fitzroy between 1968-69 and 1982-83 as a top-order batsman. Peter played 84 games, making 1,847 runs at 22.80 with a highest score of 85. Peter also played some seasons in Queensland, where he played 3 first-class games, including making 63 against the touring Englishmen in 1970-71.

A Requiem Mass will be held at St Kevin's Catholic Church, 26-44 Herlihy's Rd, Templestowe Lower, at 10:30 am, tomorrow, Friday 12 June. Some additional information is attached.
